Our kittens are born inside under our watchful eye. They get lots of cuddles and attention. The queens are given their own room away from other cats to ensure they have as stress-free a time as possible. We re-home our kittens as pets and/or show cats on the non-active register (spaying/neutering must be undertaken by the new owners before the cat is six months of age) OR as breeding/show cats on the active register. Payment: All kittens may be reserved by paying a deposit of £100. Deposits are non-refundable (unless we are unable to provide the kitten). You may pay online using credit card, electronic bank transfer or PayPal or you may pay using a cheque or cash. Please contact us for payment details and to notify us of your requirements.
Indoor
homes or homes with a secured garden only!: Pedigree cats have
no road sense and Bengals are no exception. Not only are they at
risk of being maimed or killed on the roads, they are also at risk
of being stolen as pets, or worse. We will not allow our cats to
go to homes where they are allowed free rein.
Returns and Guarantee: We guarantee that our kittens will be free of birth defects and will have had our own vet check them at nine and twelve weeks of age. We recommend that you have your new kitten checked by your own vet once you get him or her home. Please check our contract for your cover. Export Policy: We will export breeding/show cats. Pricing: Pet prices start from £450 for brown kittens. Factors influencing the price of your kitten include the colour, the pattern and whether the kitten is possible show or breeding quality. From 1st January 2008 you will also be responsible for transferring the kitten into your name. This costs £9 per cat. Naming: We pride ourselves on giving our kittens beautiful and individual pedigree names, usually on a theme. However if you don't like it (how very dare you!), it may be possible to change it if the kittens are not registered. Please don't forget though, that people very rarely use pedigree names as their pet name. It's only very important if it's totally objectionable, or you plan to show the cat and the name would embarass you when you see it in print! The first part of the name (Dollycats) is our breeding prefix and cannot be changed. A sample pet contract is available here. New to kitten ownership? Click here! :: WHEN YOUR KITTEN LEAVES :: We will worm your kitten for you, and apply Frontline spray to prevent fleas. He or she will also be fully vaccinated, will know how to use a litter tray and be insured by Pet Plan for six weeks. The kitten will also be checked by our own vet to ensure he or she is in tip-top shape. We will also micro chip your pet and provide you with a registration slip detailing his or her registration number with our chosen registration body (either GCCF or TICA). We will also provide you with a four generation pedigree certificate, allowing you to see which lines he or she has been bred from. Aren't you lucky! As well as a Dollycats Bengal cat you get some free stuff with him or her! This is what your goody bag (or box) will contain!
:: AFTER CARE SERVICE :: We will be available to answer any questions you may have at any time. We want our cats to go to homes where they will be looked after for the rest of their lives. However we understand that there are rare occasions when a cat needs to be re-homed. In this event we ask that all of our new families approach us first. We will be able to assist you to find a new home - either with us, or with someone we have personally vetted. We would love to hear from new families with our cats! Please keep in touch once you have taken your cat home! Any Questions? Contact us on: 01202
