24th
January : Been
out snapping with the camera today so have updated Thriller's
page with new pictures of the sexy beast himself...
Our
Main Man
I
thought I would also put this video of Felony on this page
to brighten it up a bit.

23rd
January : We
took a couple of videos of Felony playing on our new rug last
night. You can find them on Felony's
page - or on the Bengal Videos
page.
22nd
January : A
new stud will be joining our feline family soon. Check the
stud page for details! We've just taken delivery of two cow
hide rugs from the United States. Not only do they look and
smell gorgeous, our cats are going absolutely crazy on them!
We'll try to shoot a video later on. This website will be
redesigned very soon, so watch this space!
Later:
Oops! Too late. Website redesigned for another year! (Although
I'm sure there will be some tweaking to do!).
21st
January : More
photographs added to our 'Gallery' page.
17th
January : Found
the lead to our camera so we can now fill the time waiting
for kittens with silly pictures of our cats. Here's one -

16th
January : All
is quiet. Cally is now out visiting with Thriller.
14th

A STUNNER!
11th
January : Just
added a photo of Rumbledethumps in her new home to our Testimonials
page.
Later:
Just added another mail to our testimonials page.
We
think Pru is pregnant. She's doing her usual thing of gluing
herself to my side and falling off of things. Her coordination
is usually pretty great, but as soon as she gets pregnant,
whether she's visibly put weight on or not, she starts misjudging
jumps, or skidding off the end of surfaces.
Myfanwy
has got a taletell clump of fur missing on her head (Thriller
is not the gentlest of lovers so I always know when there's
been a mating!), and Joy (who is coming back in with us tonight)
also has a clump missing. Bianca is calling away, so she'll
take Joy's place tonight.
Flower,
who was in with Lothario, doesn't seem to be doing much apart
from sleeping on our bed. Cally - who was also in with Lothario
- doesn't seem to be showing any signs either.
We're
now taking waiting list enquiries (as it says below) for our
new babies. Until then, here's several we made earlier...

9th
January : We've
just had another reshuffle of our web pages. We've added a
'news and announcements' page for things that we want to hang
around a bit more than the 12-24 hours that this box allows!
We're still going to keep our chat on this page - for now.
It makes the page a bit more interesting, in our opinion.
Nell
has now found a new home. Bianca is busy calling away, so
we've decided to breed her ourselves and then spay her so
that we can be sure she's not going to be 'overused'. She'll
be looking for a home after her next litter of kittens.
8th
January : We've
been contacted by RDF Media, producers of Channel Four's WIFE
SWAP, who are looking for special families to star in their
next series of Wife Swap - see our Wife Swap box above for
more details and contact us to get the contact details of
the researcher.
Gales
blowing here today. We were going to start erecting the outside
stud pens but it looks like we'll have to leave it another
day.
6th
January : Myfanwy
is now back inside with some of our other queens in our conservatory.
I think she spent the entirety of her 'honeymoon' with Thriller
inside his heated igloo. I don't think there was any action
at all! On the other hand Joy has been calling almost non-stop
ever since her last litter so I've put her in with Thriller
now. Her last mating with Thriller produced some really nice
rosetted kittens including our very own Felony. Felony's coat
has just lost the last of the fuzzies and her rosettes are
opening up quite nicely! We're looking forward to showing
Felony this year.
We
had a phone call late last night. 10:55! I wouldn't mind but
it was just someone being nosy about our Savannah breeding
programme - obviously fishing for her own purposes.
5th
January : We
spent the Christmas period looking at our breeding programme
and have decided to rehome a couple of our queens, on the
active register. This means that these queens will be available
to breeders or pet owners (but at a breeding price). We have
a four year old brown marbled girl with a lovely temperament,
that should be rehomed for one or two litters only. And we
have one young lady under a year old who will be ready for
breeding in spring of this year. Both queens are ready to
go immediately. You can find out more on our 'breeding
kittens' page.
4th
January : Pru's
been acting weird over the last few days - one would almost
think she's full term pregnant. She certainly looks it with
her round belly! Had she carried her kittens full term they
would have been due tomorrow, so I think her hormones are
playing up. The vet checked her over a couple of weeks ago
and said he couldn't feel anything there
We
have had so many enquiries for silver girls we have decided
to keep Ripley on as a breeding queen.
2nd
January : All
quiet here. We have coughs and colds going round various members
of our households including poor old Rapunzel who spent Boxing
Day being nursed by a vet. She has now recovered and is galloping
around our new house with the rest of them!
I've
just added a couple of kittens for sale from our friend Jill,
though if you are close to us you will have to be prepared
to travel to her - though her kittens are worth it! Jill and
her husband Geoffrey, are the people that bred our stud Thriller.
Similarly Barbara - whose kittens are also featured on this
page - also bred a lot of our queens. We cannot recommend
these breeders enough as ethical and reputable breeders with
arguably the best cats in the UK. Dollycats, of course, is
a fusion of both!
We
are pleased to announce yet another new addition to Dollycats
- a blue eyed snow marbled girl - she will be joining us some
time in February!
